What is the new upcoming Final Fantasy game on PSP?

What is the new upcoming Final Fantasy game on PSP with all the Characters like Vaan, Tidus, Cloud etc.

Like the other answers say, the name of the game is Dissidia: Final Fantasy, but only they’ve only said when the Japanese release date is (December 2008), not the US one. Also, they haven’t mentioned anything about Final Fantasy XII characters or Cloud being in the game yet. (Although, since Sephiroth is in it, there’s a good chance Cloud will be too, but they could always put in Zack instead.)
