Is Magic Kids Clothing Legit online store?

I think it's a scam somehow – does anyone ever shopped on their website or become a representative for them? You get a reference number assigned and could earn money for every sale made by using your number. Someone I know signed to do ….. BBB gives them a rating of F. I do not have specific complaints, though. Anybody familiar with them? There is a letter site signed by Isaac Mizrahi, but the picture it does not look like the famous designer … How can I convince my friend that it is unwise to invest?
