What do you use to put a -1/-1 on devoted druid or advertise yourself only when it gets sealed
The Quillspike needs a -1/-1 counter and a green (or black) mana do his thing. The Devoted Druid can tap to get a green mana, then untap again if you put a -1/-1 counter on it. So what you do is tap the druid (get a green mana). Then loosen the Druid (put a -1/-1 counter). Then use the ability of the Quillspike (use the green mana and counter 1/-1) to give the Quillspike 3 / 3. Repeat this process until what Quillspike is enormous. Then you can attack your opponent or use something like the soul of fire to take pictures of your opponent to win the victory. You can use anything to mark the meter 1/-1 (like a piece of paper or a matrix), but the announcement is usually enough for this combo because you'll just remove it anyway.
