Warhammer Fantasy/40K. I cannot decide army who want to build and play, taking far too long.?

My friends have already decided I'm not even taking me way too long. I need help. My options are fantastic or 40K, we will decide which game once we all agreed. I know basically every game, and realize the differences and similarities. So I want to play I want to be able to put my units, and deal as much damage as far as possible, without ever touching. Now I go away completely clean unrealistic and there are no plans, just how I want it to be. Thus, any contribution would be useful, I'm only friends and relatives painted models, not really played or have one of mine. I do not need to decide "how the military is easy to paint" or how although it overlooks the field. I do diorama as a career and know exactly what im doing when it comes to painting miniatures and terrain. Just one last note i dont have a personal preference or bias towards one or the other GW games era, they are both excellent games and processes pleasant.

If you like the concept of hell fire outside the target range, then I recommend you play an army of Tau in Warhammer 40,000, because They have weapons more powerful long-range troopers.if base your forces are engaged as a tau player so you often have difficulty Wil reppelling to attack close combat (but Tau Kroot have to do this work for MS) with any wargame However, unless your opponent has the same idea about crossfire you'll usually at least some units coming to attack you (if tau could cut priority) (or all of them if korsaro Khan is that your opponents AC unit, it allows all units to overflow). i play Warhammer with personally, but from what Ive been told much about his training maneuver for aggression, with arms extended as a secondary consideration.
